Participant Comments:
I feel like I've gained a greater perspective on life in general, on my life in particular. My heart is more open than it ever has been. I've learned so much more about myself, about my motivations and desires, on and off the mat. This self-knowledge is helping me truly listen to my heart, to grow and to be the person I want to be. I have gained insights, skills and knowledge that will continue to guide me for the rest of my life. Thank you.
Jeannie Goldstone, Wellesley, MA
It was nothing short of divine providence which brought me to Todd and Ann to be embraced by love and suport and affirmation as a I struggle to open my heart and recognize my true self. My journey continues, but now I am more confident in that journey as a result of the incredible community created in these immersions.
Stephanie Leeds, 8/08
I gained a deeper knowledge of all the principles of alignment in my body, a willingness to see my edges and move with them, a new experience of forgiveness, some wonderful friendships, an insight into almost every experience in my life as a guideposst on my path! Improvement in my teaching skills including a deeper knowledge of Anusara and a renewed zest and appreciation of my life!
Kathie Jakolski, 6/08
I decided to take part in a second Immersion 3 after having already completed Immersions 1, 2, and 3. I was touched by how Todd, Ann, and the entire community immediately welcomed me in a way that made me feel embraced and supported. This fourth Immersion gave me a much firmer grasp of how to integrate the alignment principles into my practice. The meditations and contemplations also evoked powerful new insights that are having a profound impact on my approach to my life as well as my practice. I strongly recommend repeating any of the Immersions for deeper insight and clarity."
Chris Kirk, 8/08
I didn't know when I signed up for the Anusara Yoga Immersion that I would be immersed for life. Ignited by Todd and Ann's contagious enthusiasm, and love of Anusara Yoga, this 5-day workshop was taught with skilled precision, endless reservoir of heart, and fine wit. As Todd and Ann systematically and effectively introduced the principles of alignment, it was like a light bulb coming on. No, it was like the majesty of the sun shining down on me. I was deeper and more comfortable in poses, and in my own skin more than ever before. Under their profound tutelage, I was transformed on and off the mat.
